eNascar – Bristol Pro Invitational

Nascar is back baby, but this time in video game format. iRacing is a lot different than say NBA or Madden. These drivers use iRacing to practice and tune up their skills at different tracks. They have been fun to watch and are super competitive. Draftkings is rolling out an entire slate for the race tomorrow, locking at 1, but the big thing is we will not know the starting order till after the slate locks! Lets Dive into some picks for tomorrow’s race:

Timmy Hill – this is not a typo. Hill is the most expensive driver on the slate tomorrow, but for good reason. Hill has 1673 iRacing starts and has won 673 of them. In the 2 televised races he has finished 3rd and 1st. Hill can be considered in all formats tomorrow.

William Byron – Byron comes in as the odds leader to win the race. He has been dominate thus far in the 2 races. He led 80 laps last week before Hill gave him a little bump and took the win. He has started on the front row the last 2 races and i would expect the same tomorrow. From the looks of things, you either go Byron or Hill and balanced throughout the rest of your lineup.

Matt DiBenedetto – Matty D has 310 iRacing starts and has finished top 5 in over 50% of them. Matt has experience here in the iRacing world and that should translate to a top 5 (hopefully) finish for him.

Denny Hamlin – Hamlin has the best looking set up/ simulator in the series. He won the 1st race in Miami, beating out Dale Jr on the final lap. He does have 31 wins in the iRacing series and he will look to pick up his 32nd tomorrow.

John Hunter Nemechek – Nemecheck is fairly new to iRacing, and we dont have any data of him driving in the cup series at Bristol. One thing going for him is he has 4 wins in 15 oval races on the iRacing series. That alone put him in play as he seems to know how to avoid the traffic and pass cars.

Ross Chastain – Now if you have been following me in Nascar for a while, i am NOT a fan of Ross Chastain. But tomorrow for iRacing he comes in at 6400 and has 537 career iRacing starts. Now Ross is not “safe” but i do like his experience driving in the iRacing series and he has finished both of the televised races this year, so i think he can work his way up for a top 15 finish.

Sit back and enjoy the race tomorrow! please note that the scoring wont be updated till up to an hour after the race has finished. If you have never watched iRacing, tomorrow will be fun for you!
