Welcome back everyone for our second week of Outlaw Golf. Let’s take a look at some details for this weeks course.
What the heck is Outlaw Tour Golf?
Pretty straight forward setup here. One note worth mentioning: scoring will not be updated live. Instead scoring will go final once the round is over.
Season Scoring Average Leaders
Worth Paying Up For
Obviously your heavy favorites are in play but are priced accordingly. If you land on a big favorite in your builds, roll them.
Jeremy Paul- Jeremy Paul has played in 7 tournaments this season and finished in the top 10 all 7 times! On top of that, he finished top 5 in 5 of the 7 and 3rd in 3 tournaments. Paul has shown incredible consistency this season and is only 9.1k.
Note: The 9k range features a few quality plays. We already mentioned Jeremy Paul. You also have Matt Gurska who is 9.3k, a 20/1 favorite, has finished top 10 in 5 of 9 events and has 2 wins on the year. He makes for a nice upside play. Another 20/1 favorite, Nicolo Galletti is 9k and fresh of a 2nd place finish last week in which he shot -6, -5 & -6. He is in great form.
Matt Marshall- Matt Marshall comes in with solid 30/1 odds and is priced a nice 8.4k. In 6 events this season, he has 4 top 10 finishes with a first place and 2 3rd place finishes on the year.
Note: There are a ton of options in the 8k range with decent odds. With not much value on the board, you could certainly build around guys in the 30/1 to 50/1 range. A guy like Chris Korte for instance has 2 top 10 finishes in 3 events this season, including 1 second place finish. He made the cut last week as well but did fall off in the later rounds.
Draftkings pricing is spot on and you can’t find a golfer 7.5k or under with better than 125/1 odds. So I am going to give you a few options in that rage who are 125/1 or 150/1 odds.
Cameron Berndt & Brandon Webster- Both are 125/1 favorites and both are 7.4k. Both guys missed the cut last week with both shooting a +4. Webster does have 1 top 25 finish this year, but nothing in the top 10.
Thomas Lehman, Bennett Doyle & Joseph Juszcyzk- All 3 are 150/1 favorites. Lehman has 1 top 25 contest in 3 events, which was last week in which he made the cut and finished tied for 16th at -4. Doyle is 2 for 2 with top 25 finishes in both events he has participated in and has a 3rd place finish to his name. Juszcyzk is 3 for 3 with top 25 finishes and has 1 top 10 finish.
You will most likely need 1 value to make things work this week unless you go extremely balanced. It is hard to say how players this cheap will play so I am not going to give you my 1 favorite play like I did with the Pay up and Mid Range spots. Instead I have given you info for each player which will allow you to go with your favorite of the group. Good luck!
