Xfinity Series – Kentucky Motor Speedway – Alsco 300

The Xfinity Series is back in Kentucky for a 2nd night of a double header. Tonights race is 200 Laps (300 miles). We saw last night it was tough to pass the leader here. There are a lot of cars that will be in backups and some of them have me worried.

DraftKings did us no favors by releasing salaries early for this one. There are no real dominators in this race. Most the good cars are starting 10th or back. Tonight will be chalky, so you will want to try to be different in GPPs to avoid the big trains.

Place Differential:

Daniel Hemric- Welcome to chalk driver #1. Hemric will be driving the #8, the same car that Jeb Burton wreck on lap 1 last night. He will probably be the highest owned driver on the slate.

Brandon Jones – Jones has had bad luck the last 3 races. He is starting 36th due to his wreck on lap 1 last night as well. Welcome to chalk driver #2 on the slate.

Austin Cindric – Well Cindric looked like the best car last night and with him starting 15th, he has a slight floor built in. It wont take long for him to get up front and lead laps.

Riley Herbst – Herbst finished 2nd last night and is starting 14th. He looked very good the whole race. he is a solid pivot off Hemric in this range.

Brandon Brown – Man did Brown get me last night. He was running top 10 most of the race, and Haley got into him and sent him into the wall in the final stage. Brown is fighting for a playoff spot so he should have a good back up car for tonights race. I like him a lot again.

Kyle Weatherman – Just going to leave this here. Weather finished 8th last night. Looked fast all night long. Weatherman is on a solid run recently with a 15th, 15th and 8th place finish in his last 3 races. While he is starting 8th tonight, he will not be a safe play at all, but someone i am looking at in GPPs for small ownership. Please know this is not a safe play at all, there is a TON of risk with Weatherman starting 8th.

Best of the Rest:
Justin Allgaier – Back up car, should be fine
Chase Briscoe
Harrison Burton – top 3 car last night, had issues all night long, low owned
Noah Gragson – not good in traffic, gets out front he will stay there
Garrett Smithley
Colby Howard – He will chalk value, this is the same car he is running next week, so i dont think he wants to push the issue with it tonight.

FADES: (these drivers are risky tonight)
Kody Vanderwal
Ronnie Bassett Jr
Tommy Joe Martins (Unless we can find out what happened to his car last night)
Alex Labbe
Jeffrey Earnhardt
